Proven ability to multitask efficiently, ensure accurate financial records, and provide excellent customer service to patients. Eager to contribute strong skills in communication, data entry, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments, confirmed them with patients, and ensured smooth patient flow.
• Managed patient accounts, tracked outstanding balances, and initiated collection efforts.
• Greet patients in a professional and courteous manner, addressed any inquiries, and maintained a positive atmosphere at the front desk.
• Update patient demographics and insurance information in dental software.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and explained benefits (EOBs) to patients.
• Process patient payments and insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
