This position requires:

• 2 years of litigation experience.
• Is Self-Motivated and Proactive, Team Player
• Is detail-oriented with the organization skills required to maintain accuracy
• Enjoys speaking with clients and providing “ Ritz Carlton Treatment” customer service

 Responsibilities include:

• Resolving any issues with regard to real estate liens impacting settlements; experience performing title searches, locating deeds, and other liens is preferred
• Communicating with clients, attorneys, lienholders, and co-workers and keeping them informed of the status of the case/settlement
• Other administrative duties as assigned, as needed for a case
• Experience with disbursements, minor bookkeeping and settlement registers
• Draft deposition notices, discovery requests and responses, lawsuits.
• Communicate with clients to draft discovery responses and standard objections, collect and confirm medical treatment.
• Schedule depositions, trial preparation, court reporters, internal meetings, meetings w/ treating physicians/fact witnesses & counsel if applicable.
• E-file experience, comfort level with filing requirements among a variety of platforms.
• Manage litigation calendars for attorneys
• Knowledge of civil litigation timelines, deadlines, filing procedures required.
