The Waje Agency protects families with term life, whole life, mortgage protection, annuities, index universal life, and debt elimination by utilizing our proprietary technology and sales process.

There is no cold calling , our clients fill out a form requesting information and our assistance. As a sales rep, you will call to set up appointments (virtually as needed) to meet with clients and help them apply for the coverage.

Compensation

• Part-time agents have potential to make $60,000 in the first year.
• Full-time agents have potential to make $120,000 in the first year.
• Agency Owners are able to generate a system-driven income of $200K per year
• Our company has a streamlined lead generation system, so there is NO COLD CALLING involved. Only clients who have requested the information will be contacted.

This is a commission-only position, most agents are making $1-2k a week working from home.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling your own appointments from clients who requested to be called
• Generate quotes for new customers and use e-apps to submit new business
• Generate new business through our leads and referrals
• Process payments and service pre-existing clients
• Follow a sales process designed to make closing simple

Requirements

A Life Insurance License is needed - if you are unlicensed we will show you how to obtain one

Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
