Motivated, bookkeeper, handle payables and receivables, payroll, yearly and quarterly reports (IRS & EPA) .
Computer entry: minimum 10-key quickbooks experience, inventory (in & out), invoicing, customer service, answer phone, import/export shipping documentation.
Computer skills: Excel, Microsoft etc.
Office manager. Good experience of filing.
Time. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Full employment. Salary commensurate with experience.
