Position Purpose:

• The Sales Trainee position will provide an opportunity for individuals to gain practical experience in the field of sales and operations. Sales Trainees will work under the guidance of experienced sales professionals across different teams to learn the skills to be successful in the industry.The goal of the program is to provide a hands-on learning experience that allows one to develop their sales skills, build their professional network, and gain valuable insights into the sales process within the packaging solutions industry.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Participate in the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals. 
• Attend sales meetings and contribute to discussions. 
• Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales efforts.
• Gain experience in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data.
• Perform other duties as required

Our Requirements:

• Graduation date between December 2022 and Summer 2024, preferred field of study in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Must possess good analytical, numerical, problem solving and reasoning abilities.
• Must be willing to travel to manufacturing facilities 
• Must be a self-starter
