Location: Twin Falls, ID

Responsibilities & Outcomes:

1. Lead & manage all the key operational aspects, technical assets of manufacturing site in order to guarantee the maximum competitiveness in terms of cost, quality, safety and environmental while fulfilling and/or exceeding all the legal & company requirements.

2. Lead and act as role model, engage and assure focus on people development, coaching, communication, and good working environment assuring a Continuous Improvement and Sustainable Culture, Practice and Mindset as well as an Operational Excellence Environment.

3. Lead, actively participate and assure plant organization commitment in define, document, implement, maintain, and continuously improve Quality, Safety and Environment Management Systems, aligned with Legal requirements and Company policies (HACCP, QCMS,SGC ISO 9001:2000,SGA ISO 14001:2004,OHSAS 18001,SGAS ISO22000:2005/ PAS 220, Food Defense).

4. Guarantee the compliance of all the production requests coming from different customers/countries, in terms of time, quality & costs, keeping a smooth, proactive, and innovative approach with all the interacting stakeholders in order to maintain/increase the product portfolio and support the BU volume growth strategy.

5. Lead the accurate financial planning of all the plant cost, once processed all the necessary volume & price inputs, in order to guarantee a competitive, realistic, and fair IBR for all our customers. In a second stage, guarantee the fulfilment of the planned IBR through the correct allocation of costs, resources, and assets.

6. Lead the planning and development of all the necessary investments, in order to guarantee the optimal availability of technical assets which allows matching on-time all the planned Production, Quality, Safety, Environment and Costs targets. Setting technology roadmap linked to Continuous improvement platforms.

7. Lead & coach preparation, planning and development of the Productivity program, so that the competitiveness of our products & operations are continuously improved, overall supporting our cost reduction strategy.

8. Guarantee the fulfilment of all the Legal, Internal Requirements and Policy – Quality, Safety, Security, Environment, Working, etc. by setting / adapting the optimal internal strategies/ procedures and establishing the necessary internal follow-up controls.

9. Manage the integration of all the targets and actions across the different Plant’s departments, assuring the right allocation of efforts and providing the necessary empowerment/training to both areas & employees, in order to guarantee and allow the necessary decision-taking process at every level.

What You Bring:

'1) University Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or others related areas. Master Degree is an advantage.

2) 6-9 yrs. of experience in Operations. Deep understanding of different production processes including biscuits/bars or other related categories, quality standards, trends, competitors and markets.

3) Min. 3 yrs. of plant's function management. Deep understanding of financial and manufacturing KPI's.

4) Deep understanding of Integrated Lean Six Sigma implementation.

5) Deep understanding of Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
