Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for processing orders for customers who need replacement parts or parts related to their claims. The ideal candidate will be an independent thinker with high standards, capable of thriving in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders and tickets for replacement parts and customer claims.
• Navigate computer systems to handle returns and replacement parts efficiently.
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Maintain high standards of warehouse operations.
• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by ensuring customer satisfaction through effective order processing.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, order processing, tickets, or similar fulfillment roles.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate various systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and independent thinking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
