As the Parts Counter Representative you will perform various routine office duties regarding the parts department in support of the service location.
This includes providing customer service, attention to detail, flexibility, and innovation in resolving problems. Aspects you'll enjoy doing : Generate customer invoices, quotes for service, body shop, and customers.
Database management. Coordinate warranty return process as well as manage parts returns. Part ordering and relationship maintenance with multiple vendors.
Pull parts to complete orders. Responsible for inventory and warehouse operations. Coordination of shipment processes through UPS, FedEx, etc.
Update daily pricing. Skills / Abilities we'd like you to have : Knowledge of warranty and service orders. Knowledge of manufacturers parts Forklift certification.
Verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal and customer service skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and experience are a plus : High school diploma or equivalent. Sales quoting and warranty experience. Warehouse coordination experience.
Physical Requirements : Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
