What we’re looking for:We are currently seeking a full-time direct-hire Therapist for an Outpatient Clinic. The Therapist provides a broad range of Therapeutic and psychiatric social work services to individuals with a mental health, substance use, physical health, or co-occurring disorders.
This position has a pay rate of $25.00 per hr. and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.Work Hours: 10:00am-5:00pm (no weekends)QualificationsRequired

- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- LLMSW or LMSW
- CAADC is preferred
- At least one (1) year of clinical experience working with individuals with mental illnesses, substance use disorders and/or developmental disabilities
- A valid State of Michigan Driver's License and an acceptable driving record
- Provide individual and group therapy for individuals with Mental Health or Co-Occurring disorders
- Conduct intakes and submit treatment recommendations
- Ensure regular assessments are conducted with a person-centered approach for those receiving services
- Maintain an audit-ready case load at all times
- Keep accurate documentation for successful entry into Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and timely billing
- Facilitate crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and stress management
- Make immediate responses to emergencies and referrals to supportive services
- Collaborate with families, staff, and community service providers, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills essential for providing mental health services to patients and their natural support systems
- Exhibit knowledge of principles and processes for delivering customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction
