Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the greenhouse, including planting, watering, and harvesting crops.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks to transport materials and equipment within the greenhouse.
- Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to maintain and repair greenhouse equipment.
- Monitor and adjust environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and lighting to ensure optimal plant growth.
- Irrigate plants according to their specific needs.
- Conduct basic math calculations for measuring and mixing fertilizers and pesticides.
- Collect data on plant growth, pest infestations, and crop yields for analysis.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working on a farm or in a greenhouse is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks for extended periods of time.
- Familiarity with hand tools used in gardening and greenhouse operations.
- Basic knowledge of plant growth processes and care techniques.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data collection.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
