We are looking for a Senior Foreman/Associate Production Manager for our Landscape Construction division at our Woodinville location. This is an excellent position for experienced Landscape Construction Leads.

Shift: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM M-F, with regular overtime (overtime is seasonal)

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the direction of crew activities at a variety of Landscape Construction jobs.

• The Senior Foreman/Associate Production Manager is responsible for maintaining the efficiency of our 13-16 landscape construction work crews, including:
  • Ensuring that each crew has all needed tools and supplies for completion of that days’ work orders.
  • Monitoring each work site throughout the day to ensure that work is progressing as needed, with a specific emphasis on more complex projects.
  • Providing coaching and training to crews who are having difficulty with assigned tasks.
  • Co-interviewing all potential new hires into the landscape construction department.
  • Meeting returning crews at the shop at the end of their shift to ensure each crew puts away their equipment into its proper area and turns in all necessary paperwork (receipts from purchase orders, timecards, DVIR)
• The Senior Foreman/Associate Production Manager reports to the Production Manager and the Ancillary Manager
• The Senior Foreman/Associate Production Manager acts as a liaison between the foremen and the project manager for each project to ensure that all parts of the project are done according to specifications.
• Ability to manage and work alongside crews as needed.
• Experience as an equipment operator.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 10 years of Commercial Landscape Construction experience required.
• At least 3 years of Landscape Construction Foreman or Lead experience required.
• Supervision of crews of up to 8-10 workers preferred (as on crew as multiple crews).
• Valid driver license issued by the state where employed is required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
• Ability to safely operate common commercial landscape equipment and tools, and to train others in their safe use.
• Ability to motivate and lead Crew Foremen.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple assigned tasks throughout the day.
• Strong commitment to high quality of work and customer service.
• Use knowledge and training to create solutions for variables discovered during job.
