This Seasonal Leasing Consultant will be based out of one of our many self-owned & managed apartment communities, Glenbrook Apartments (184 units) located in North Milwaukee in the Brown Deer area. This position is seasonal, starting June 1st through September 1st 2024 with Monday-Friday hours of 9am-5pm.
As a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. For you it’s not just a job, it’s a career and you understand that for our residents it’s not just an apartment, it’s their home. You love interacting with all types of people and have a passion for creating unique experiences.
What we are offering:
- Pay starts up to $15.00/hour
- AMAZING COMMISSION POTENTIAL(Up to $75 per new lease!)
Essential Responsibilities:
- Performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals in accordance with all applicable laws and company policies
- Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy
- Generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in paperwork and procedures
- Assists with the company's ongoing relationship with the residents throughout their tenancy
Knowledge & Experience Required:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication
- Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
- Willing to complete online class training required by Monarch
- Sales, customer service, administrative and hospitality backgrounds preferred
The interview process includes a phone screen with Recruiter and in-person interview(s) onsite with Property Manager.
