** RESPONSIBILITIES **

• Power washing apartment buildings and helping with general light maintenance duties

** REQUIREMENTS **

• 3 years of power washing experience
• General maintenance knowledge
• Ability to coordinate a weekly schedule and meet deadlines
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Payment frequency:

• Paid biweekly

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
