Immediate Hire - Experienced Maintenance Supervisor

Now that I’ve got your ear, let’s get to the good stuff…We are actively interviewing for an experienced MAINTENANE SUPERVISOR to lead our team at the Greenmar Apartments a 370-Unit property, located in Fenton, MO. 

These are the requirements:

• This is a hands-on, working supervisor role, so you must be prepared to handle tickets, turns, snow, grounds, etc.
• 2 years’ experience in maintenance (1 years in Multi-Family Preferred)
• Experience managing/supervising 1 employees
• HVAC certification required from an accredited learning program
• EPA certification required
• A valid Driver's License is required
• CPO certification preferred but not required
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
• Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
• Ability to respond to on-call/aafter-hours emergencies one week, every four weeks
