Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and professional Leasing Agent to join our winning team at the Mesa Garden Apartments in Pueblo. We are offering up to $17/hr. plus leasing bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and 80 hours of paid time off. In addition, Monarch's ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO. Benefits for full time employees:
$16.00 - $17.00/hr.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showing
Must be available Saturdays
Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
Assists the Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Preferably 1 years experience in leasing or property management
Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
