This is a hands on maintenance position and is responsible for property inspections, make readies, work orders, general maintenance and repair. The position is responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet Monarchs established standards.Responsibilities:- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Working hand in hand with the Property Manager on a monthly budget review
- Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone 1 week every 5 weeks
- Competitive base compensation of $33-36/hr
- Quarterly bonuses (up to $1,000 per quarter!)

- Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe

- HVAC experience strongly preferred but not required
- EPA certification required
- A valid Driver's License is required
