What our Leasing Consultants do:- Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants
- Conduct tours of the property, apartment units and on-site amenities
- Lease vacant apartments to new residents
- Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts
- Assist property team with marketing efforts
- Participate in community outreach efforts
- Fostering and maintaining relationships with on-site residents
- Pay starts at $16.00 hour
- EXCELLENT COMMISSION POTENTIAL
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus paid at 90 days!
- Yearly raises up to 5%
- 401kplanning and pre-tax contributions including a3% matching component.
