What you will be doing:

• Responsible for cleaning all make ready's/turned units for new occupants
• Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
• Spot cleaning/maintaining hallways, model apartments and common areas
• Monitoring clubhouse amenities
• Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping

• Annual reviews each year and an opportunity for a great raise based on your performance!
• Quarterly bonus potential of $750/Quarter!
• Health insurance through Blue Cross Anthem and dental through Cigna only $40.00 a month for yourself! Starts on the 1st of the month after only 30 days of employment
• Paid Time Off, 1st Year: 80 Hours, 2-4 Years: 120 Hours, 5 Years: 160 Hours
