Overview:

Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, treatments, and medications
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality
- Monitor and assess patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Assist in the coordination of patient discharge plans and provide appropriate follow-up care

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license/certification
