Description

The Corporate Compliance Liaison is accountable for programs, policies and practices that ensure all departments comply with regulatory standards as set by OIG, CMS, and MDH. Monitors compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements. Stays up to date on laws and regulations that might affect the organization’s policies and procedures. Collaborates with facility teams and prepares compliance reports to present to the executive team as needed. Collaborates and consults with general counsel and executive team, as needed, to ensure compliance. 

QUALIFICATIONS

5 years in Skilled Nursing

Preferred

Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing facility and/or assisted living.
