This is a position that needs to be filled for the months of May, June, and July; and may be extended to many months or years to come depending on success in this position.

Located in Hailey, Idaho.

Looking for "A" players who want to work with other "A" players. This position will include working on all aspects of constructing greenhouses and related systems.

Must be willing to travel around the mountain west. This includes small residential builds to large farm projects. We will be very picky to find exceptional people who are eager to work with others wanting more excitement in their work.

This is a heavy duty position right now which will be physically and mentally demanding. You must be willing to get on top of tall greenhouse structures and work in extreme temperatures.

HOWEVER, we are committed to worker safety and satisfaction. You will learn to use ropes and harnesses with use of other PPE gear, and will be expected to take breaks and drink water frequently.

You must be willing to fill out reports and clean up jobsites at the end of the day. These are simple principles that are not followed commonly in the industry from laziness and pride.

But we know that the guys who want to work with us want to feel safe and respected at work, and get paid well for great performance.

ATTENTION : If you are a team player then you will be promoted to higher positions as we grow, and we will be getting much larger!

Greenhouse Construction and other responsibilities will include :

• Concrete work for foundations, pads, walkways, knee walls
• Excavation and leveling
• Surveying
• Framing full greenhouse structures
• Plumbing irrigation, hydroponic, and aquaponic systems
• Mounting HVAC systems
• Recovering existing greenhouses
• Repairing faulty systems
• Pulling heavy truck loads

Note that you do not have to be an expert in any of the above, but you absolutely must work with a team, have great communication skills, discipline, be willing to learn, and good morals.

We expect you to work hard at work. Anybody who blatantly disrespects their co-workers or customers will be let go immediately.

Currently we have a job that will be in Hailey, Idaho from May to July. You must be willing to travel and stay for the work week during this time.

We pay for the room and travel, plus some compensation for food all traveling workers. Carter, one of the owners, will be on jobsites most of the time at this stage of business.
