Monarch Container Line is Hiring a Pricing Coordinator Near La Puente, CA
Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Mon.-Fri.)
On-site Position
General Responsibilities:
- Email carriers/oversea agents to obtain information on charges
- Prepare and email quotations to the customers
- Coordination on the booking with oversea agent
- Provide billing instructions/delivery instruction to the OP team
- Prepare booking reports for our customers
Requirement:
- Bilingual (Mandarin / English).
- 1 year of related experience is preferred.
- Must have legal working status
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- well-organized, efficient, detail-oriented, punctual, reliable
- excellent at managing time, able to multi-task,
- Good communication skills and team player
-Covid Vaccination is a must as well for your safety as we do have many truckers/postal service workers/warehouse workers coming in and out
-NVOCC Experience is a plus
