Monarch Care Services is Hiring a Home Health Care Aide Near Franklin, PA

**Job Title: Home Health Aide**

**Duties:**

- Provide personal care services to clients in their homes

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature

- Assist with mobility and transfer of clients

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

- Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding

- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment

**Requirements:**

- Experience in providing care for individuals with dementia, developmental disabilities, or hospice care is preferred

- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely

- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their families

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately
