Mon Health is Hiring a Manager of Sales Near Morgantown, WV
JOB SUMMARY
Manages sales functions for residency at The Village and The Suites at Heritage Point. Identifies and manages prospects from initial contact through to residency. Ensure residents moves to and within the community are managed expertly and efficiently. Communicates routinely and as needed with residents and their families to develop trusting relationships during the sales and move-in process. Coordinates services with outside vendors for advertising and marketing services. Maintains high levels of resident and family satisfaction. Interacts with residents in a variety of ways and settings, including social, recreational, diversional and/or vocational ways.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field required. Requires above average oral and written communication skills, and the ability to independently manage own work plan/territory management.
Experience: Five years’ progressive experience in marketing and sales, preferably in senior housing. Excellent written and oral communication skills needed in order to work with staff, residents and families as well as to represent the community in a professional manner. Knowledge of various office computer programs necessary.
Licensure/Certification: Valid Driver's License
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Light Work: Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 lbs. with a maximum lifting of 25 lbs.
