Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista/Bobarista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be knowledgeable about different coffee blends and brewing methods, and have experience working with a POS system. Duties: - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee station and seating area - Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages - Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Barista/Bobarista or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of different coffee blends and brewing methods - Familiarity with using a POS system for cash handling - Basic math skills for calculating orders and handling money - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members - Food handling certification is a plus If you are passionate about coffee, enjoy providing excellent customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
