MOMO Noodle is seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team and assist with our new noodle bar (at Ikea-Saluhall Food Hall) operations. This role is crucial for making a positive first impression with our guests by providing a smooth and pleasant transaction experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, a knack for customer interaction, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers
• Manage transactions and collect payments with customers
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Track transactions and report any discrepancies
• Bagging food carefully
• Giving feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
• Basic knowledge and familiarity with POS
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
