We are Central Minnesota's Freightliner & Western Star Dealership offering Parts, Service, Sales and Collision Center repairs since 1963.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet & assist customers in person or phone by providing a solution for every customer problem. Receive all service department phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Complete service estimates for customers. Identify any necessary repairs for service and obtain approval from customer.
• Prepare repair orders accurately and include a detailed description of repairs completed.
• Schedule repairs and assure repairs are completed on schedule and technician efficiency is maximized.
• Review repair orders for accuracy and assure the repair order is closed in a timely manner.
• Review completed repairs and details of the repair with the customer, ensuring work was completed as requested.
• Establish each customer's method of payment and obtain approval of credit.
• Provide accurate price estimates when requested by customer.
• Provide backup and assistance to other Service Advisors.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED. Two-year Technical Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience is preferred. Excellent verbal & written communication skills are required. Excellent customer service, organization and time management skills are required. Must have basic knowledge of computer, be able to type 20-25 wpm and be willing to be trained on a dealership computer system.
