Job Overview:

We are in search for an energetic, experienced, and results driven leader to take our sales team to the next level in our rapidly expanding organization. The Solar Sales Manager will be responsible for the hiring and training of new sales representatives and guiding the sales team to consistent success and growth within the company.

Requirements:

• In-home Sales experience with a strong performance record

• Managerial experience with a passion for coaching and motivating a sales

  team

• 3 years of direct/outside sales experience

• Exceptional relationship management skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment

• Naturally competitive and goal oriented

• Exceptional verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor

• An unencumbered driver’s license and reliable transportation -
