Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development
- Manage human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee relations
- Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area, including managing incoming calls and greeting visitors
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Manage schedules and appointments for staff members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in office management or a similar role
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Team management experience is a plus
- Experience in medical office management is a plus
