The Role

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious leader to spearhead the growth and service strategy of our learning and development service portfolio. Our learning business holds significant potential for impact in the market, for our clients, and within our own team. In this role, you will be granted autonomy to take ownership of this service line, driving its growth and commercial development.

This position involves playing a pivotal leadership role in the business, actively cultivating the learning services portfolio, and establishing effective processes for program delivery. Integral responsibilities include overseeing personal and professional development in training delivery, leading ABM accreditation offerings, and managing the portfolio budget.

Your accountability extends to propelling the growth and effectiveness of our learning programs. It is crucial to establish a core, standardized offering that can be flexibly adapted to meet the diverse needs of businesses utilizing our accreditation and capability-building services. Your focus will be on developing modern and scalable methods to deliver these services and expanding their reach to customers.

Responsibilities

Executive Leadership of Learning Service Portfolio:

  • Develop the service portfolio, create innovative services for expansion, and shape intellectual property.
  • Lead the creation of learning solutions and content, enhancing existing programs, and designing specialist programs tailored to diverse client profiles.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals, including business planning, client-level growth plans, and new business strategy.
  • Build effective processes for the delivery of learning programs, optimizing ways of working, technology, and tools.

Client Development and Service Delivery:

  • Provide strategic guidance to consulting teams for opportunity development and client growth.
  • Develop and present new ideas and proposals to senior client stakeholders to expand learning solutions across the current client base.
  • Generate revenue for learning and development to foster growth with existing clients and secure new opportunities.
  • Lead specific client engagements, setting the strategic direction for optimal outcomes.
  • Collaboration with Consulting Industry Practices:
  • Partner with consulting industry practices for internal team enablement, ensuring consistency and leveraging resources effectively.
  • Establish standard learning experiences and end-to-end solutions to ensure excellence.

Thought Leadership:

  • Establish external market influence through thought leadership to position Momentum's learning capabilities, communicate the value of learning and create a visible market presence
  • Maintain accurate reports on growth activity, pipeline reporting, and capacity planning to assess potential business risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Develop existing client relationships to secure business and cultivate new learning client relationships.
