Description

• Supervise 10 - 20 children
• Belaying
• Participating and engaging children
• Gaining awareness of each of the participants' skill levels and needs
• Parent interaction during the party
• Enforce Momentum policies in a friendly, patient, and respectful manner
• Ensure that climbers are using rental or personal gear in accordance with gym policies and manufacturer specifications
• Develop a basic understanding of gym programs and products

Requirements

• Ability to work with a large group of kids, ages 5-16
• Experience in coaching, programming, and facilitating is a plus, but not required
• Ability to put immediate needs of participants first at all times
• Valid certification in First Aid/CPR or WFR/WFA is preferred but not required
• Ability to command respect, enforce safe climbing practices, recognize unsafe conditions, and discuss any concerns with fellow hosts and participants in a professional manner
