We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendar
- Schedule travel
- Manage email
- Check email multiple times a day
- Elevate urgent needs / decisions
- Gather action items
- Act as point person / go-between for social media agency, bookkeeper, etc.
- Pull reports, research, etc.
- Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
- Platforms :
- Google Suite
- Shopify
- Klaviyo
Requirements
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant (a plus)
- Intuitively organized
- Tech savvy
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter
- Ability to work 10 hours per week during regular hours Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone.
