The Headlines:

The role of Senior IT Change Specialist working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin will be part of the Organizational Change Management Team in the Information Technology function. The person is responsible for providing change management leadership and execution of IT projects at Molson Coors. In this role, the Senior IT Change Specialist will create sustainable, relevant and meaningful change management strategies, plans and deliverables to support the changes coming from IT as well as measure adoption of these changes.

The Senior IT Change Specialist will work with leaders and employees at all levels in the organization. The Senior IT Change Specialist will act as a coach to leaders in helping them fulfill the role of a change sponsor and provide direction, support and coaching to all levels of managers as they help their direct reports through the necessary transitions. The Senior IT Change Specialist will work directly with employees to determine needs, identify solutions and develop collateral to enable the transition from current to future state.

The Responsibilities:

  • Apply a structured methodology to lead, manage and measure change on both waterfall & agile projects
  • Engage & align leaders and teams on the benefits, urgency and vision of the IT solutions to ensure adequate buy-in
  • Lead the design, development, delivery and evaluation of communications to stakeholders and teams.
  • Conduct impact assessment, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders across the organization, impacted by the change.
  • Lead the analysis, design, development, delivery and measurement of training, including knowledge, skill and capability building.

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • Travel will be required, and you are open to traveling about 25% of the time.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience working in Change Management, IT Project Management, and/or Training & Development or with a related business management experience.
  • You are a strong change management professional with significant experience executing IT project work streams for Change Management, Training and/or process improvement activities.
  • Familiarity with both Agile & Waterfall project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle, as well as, applying organizational change efforts with both types of projects
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You are confident, competent, and can influence others (including a field-based audience) and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and a fast-paced environment
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization and with different regions
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges, as well as cultural differences
