- Lead & manage operations production supervisors to ensure all performance targets related to Value, Quality, People and Service are met in line with the business plan.
- Oversees capital project creation and implementation
- Supports asset care of packaging equipment
- Drives continuous improvement
- Supports brewery safety, sustainability and environmental initiatives
- Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Chain Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives
- You are serious about delivering results and take pride in a proven track record in delivering
- You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
- You possess a BS or BA Degree, an advanced degree in Business Management, Project Management or Engineering preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in manufacturing operations management with demonstrated business improvements.
