In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for the oversight of multiple convenience stores within your assigned district. You'll wear many hats, from coaching and developing Store Managers to driving sales and profitability. Here's what you'll do:

• Lead and mentor store managers, providing them with the support and direction they need to excel.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer service, and optimize operational efficiency.
• Monitor store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching, feedback, and support.
• Build strong relationships with store managers, team members, and customers.

We're looking for someone who is:

• A proven leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management role showing progressive career growth.
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• A problem solver who can think on their feet.
• Passionate about customer service and exceeding expectations.
