```Job Summary```
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our Molle team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in various office software, and possess strong organizational abilities.

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No experience necessary, training provided.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
