Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Duties: - Assist with construction projects by performing various tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials - Operate hand and power tools as required - Assist with demolition and removal of debris - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget - Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of construction techniques and materials - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects - Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately Skills: - Construction estimating - Door hanging - Building construction - Construction painting - Mold remediation - Maintenance Person skills - Metal stud framing - Water damage restoration - Remodeling experience We offer competitive pay rates based on experience.
