Position Overview: As a National Recruiter at Mold Test Company, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and recruiting skilled individuals across the nation to join our team of experts. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who meet our company's standards of excellence. Responsibilities:

• Utilize various recruiting methods to attract candidates nationwide, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for inspectors, experts, and attorney positions.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
