Brief Job Description : Responsible for maintaining the highest standard of safety and order in all areas of the plant, inside and out. This is a very important job and is needed to maintain the safest and most presentable facility for our employees and any visitors. This job requires frequent interactions with other employees. Must be able to work well with other employees. Candidate must be self-motivated and prepared to take initiative. Maintain the facility and its utilities and systems needed for production examples.

Job Function:

• Responsible for following and promoting all plant safety rules / regulations
• Responsible for keeping machines and systems maintained and repaired
• Install, Maintain, and repair all facility equipment
• Must be well versed in use of power tools and test equipment
• Electrical, plumbing, and construction installations and repairs (welding a plus)
• Any additional responsibilities as directed by supervisor or manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years Maintenance experience
• Responsive: Must be able to take direction from multiple people as needed
• High attention to detail
• Great interpersonal skills
• Positive personality and “can do” attitude

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Frequent bending and reaching
• Frequent standing and walking
• Use of common hand and power tools
