MOLARI Employment and Healthcare Services is Hiring a Remote Inside sales rep

Pioneer in designing and manufacturing lifelike anatomy for surgical and interventional training, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our passionate team.

Responsibilities :

  • Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our Medical Training Models, including their features, applications, and benefits.
  • Opportunity Management : Identify and pursue sales opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients.
  • Consultative Selling : Understand clientsÂ’ needs and recommend appropriate solutions from our product portfolio as well as opportunity for new product development.
  • Sales Presentations : Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure sales.

Qualifications :

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Sales Experience : Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relationship Building : Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-Motivated : Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Additional Experience : Medical Device Industry experience a plus, though not required. Understanding medical terminology and functions is helpful;

though not required. Basic prior use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc). #ESPriority
