Hourly Managers are the first level of management within the restaurant and responsible for assisting management in the overall efficiency & technical operations of the restaurant. Hourly Managers maintain proper execution of product, training, & refinement of staff. The positions also works to control labor costs & serve as a model of hospitality
Requirements
Must have at least 6 months of management experience in a hospitality, restaurant or retail setting; Must be at least 16 years of age.
