MOKA is hiring an enthusiastic, positive, and customer-focused barista to join our team in Rochester, MN. As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, building relationships with customers, and working in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

We are looking for a part-time barista with flexible availability to work at 15 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in leading the team to provide excellent customer service and reach performance goals by exemplifying a positive attitude
• Craft custom, high-quality handmade beverages 
• Champion MOKA culture. Dedicated to making sure each customer moment is the highlight of their day
• Upholds sanitation practices and procedures regulated by the local Health Department and MOKA
• Demonstrate and reinforce MOKA’s mission statement, policies, and core values
• Timely and accurate reporting of daily accounting, employee communication, and product inventory
