CareNational is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner in Surprise, AZ! This is a direct hire position and ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
Pay Details:
Pay Range: $110,000 - $140,000
Work Setting:
On Site (Clinics throughout Phoenix, Gila Bend, and Buckeye)
Position Details:
Direct Hire
Location: Float in clinics throughout Phoenix, Gila Bend, and Buckeye
Schedule: 4 10-Hour Shifts
Requirements:
Graduate from an approved Nurse Practitioner school
Nurse Practitioner certificate issued by the Arizona Board of Nursing
Valid Arizona Registered Nurse license
Valid Arizona Advanced Practice license
Valid DEA certificate
Current BLS
Experience treating adults with chronic and acute conditions
Valid Arizona driver's license
Certification to perform cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for the Health Care Professional (CPR) and AED through courses that follow the guidelines from the American Heart Association and Red Cross (cognitive and skills evaluation)
Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety for all specialty behavioral health locations
