Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter/Laborer to join our team. As a Painter/Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various painting and labor tasks to support our construction and renovation projects. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes or cracks
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix and match paint colors according to specifications and color theory
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Skills:
- Ability to renovate surfaces by scraping, sanding, or stripping old paint
- Understanding of color theory and ability to mix paints accurately
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing gaps and cracks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
