Attendance, punctuality, and a great personality are really important. State requirements mandate a minimum of 100 hours of training and passing an audition at the end of the class to receive certification, as well as the ability to be licensed. And you only need to be 18 years old to be a Table Games Dealer.

School Requirements

· Must be able to obtain a gaming license

· Must complete 100 hours of training over a 5-week period

* Attendance and punctuality are important

· Must be able to smile and have fun

Benefits of being a Mohegan PA Table Games Dealer

· Part time dealers are scheduled on average 3 days per week

· Salary of a $4.00 base rate and tips of $25 per hour

* $25 per hour is the average tip rate over the past year

$1,000 Bonus

The $1,000 bonus is paid out in three installments.

· $250 after completion of orientation

· $250 after completion of 6 months

· $500 after completion of 1 year
