BAR SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring that customers receive the best service possible
• Maintaining health and safety standards within the bar
• Managing stock
• Placing stock orders
• Ensuring product quality
• Monitor and maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation and organization of bar area
• Organizing and checking the team's work
• creating seasonal drink specials
• Demonstrate knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, how beverages are prepared (to recipe) and presented, and up skill team members on food & beverage knowledge
• Supervision and direction of bartenders
• Ensure standardization and consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
