Moffat US Sales Coordinator Position Description
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing customer service and support to Moffat US team members and customers. As directed by the Customer Service Manager, this position will be tasked with the following:
Essential Duties/Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
· Manage order entry process and own outcomes
· Answers inbound phone calls and email inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
· Maintains/Updates customer accounts, order status, and shipment tracking
· Serves as the liaison between sales team, manufacturer representatives, dealers and end users
· Utilize AutoQuotes for customer quotes as well as updating/maintaining the AQ Database
· Has positive relationships, communicates with and coordinates activities with other employees in customer service, distribution, technical service, accounting, IT and human resources as needed
· Comply with all company policies and procedures, and perform all other duties requested
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Provide consistent high levels of service and support for the team.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
· Able to understand customer/team needs and prioritize accordingly
· Utilizes effective time management and planning skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed and efficiently on time
· Grasps concepts quickly and has good follow through skills, adheres to work schedule, meets challenges in real time and maintains a positive outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
· 2 years of experience in an administrative/customer service role
· Competency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
· Driven, self-starter who feels comfortable working autonomously
· Strong attention to detail
