Moe's Southwest Grill is a locally owned and operated business in Windsor, CT. We are looking for a manager to lead our team of people. If you have previous management experience, this is a great opportunity to expand your career. We offer paid training.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and food preparation. Responsible for managing staff schedules, hiring and training. Work as part of a team to ensure all team members are following recipes, procedures and standards of quality.
• Establish daily production goals and monitor staff performance. Ensure that all food orders are prepared as scheduled and delivered on time. Ensure that all menu items is prepared as scheduled and delivered on time. Ensure that all prep orders are prepared as scheduled and delivered on time. Ensure that all coffee is stored properly according to our quality standards.
• Oversee inventory levels, rotate out low performing items from other businesses. Ensure proper rotation of inventory items and proper storage in compliance with state regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, including cleaning the kitchen at times during peak hours when there would be more work for the barista. Comply with sanitation regulations including keeping a clean work area at all times including keeping the restrooms clean at times during peak hours when there would be more work for the barista.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management such as ordering food from other businesses or preparing food for other baristas when needed to help offset the costs of food!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old with reliable transportation (must be able to lift up to 50lbs.)
• Minimum 2 years restaurant manager experience
• Must have valid Drivers License
• Must have open availability
• Valid Servsafe a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
