We are currently seeking to hire a Key Holder. Key Holders are the heart of our express car wash operation. If you are a go-getter, enjoy interacting with customers, working outdoors, around cars and technology, and wish to grow your leadership skills, this is the role for you.

Job Description:

Key Holders are responsible for ensuring that the store is clean and organized, assisting team members during periods of high customer volume, and reinforce ModWash standards.

Essential Functions:

• Promoting the highest level of customer service
• Ensure the tunnel is working properly
• Check chemistry levels
• Discuss daily goals and know the numbers
• Reinforce script use
• Maintain a clean environment both inside and out
• Manage any damage claims and pass along to GM/AGM
• Perform opening and closing checklists
• Manage guest relations and member information
• Lock down tunnel
• Identifying problems with working conditions and reporting them to management
• Assuming managerial responsibilities in the event of management absentees
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to be active and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Ability to work any hours, including weekends and holidays in order to meet the needs of the business

Education :

• Must have a high school diploma or an equivalent
• Some mechanical knowledge is preferred, but a willingness to learn is a must
