Position Description
We are looking for a hardworking, smart, high achieving Logistics and Planning Lead with proven experience working in a manufacturing supply chain to lead the purchasing and inventory management needs of our growing HVAC manufacturing company.
The Logistics and Planning Lead's responsibilities include purchasing materials at the most favorable terms for the organization and coordination on time shipping of finished product.
This role will qualify vendors, evaluate proposals, track purchases and negotiate prices and terms for purchased components.
The Logistics and Planning Lead is responsible for receiving and moving materials within warehouse, issuing materials from the warehouse and verifying proper inventory levels are maintained accurately.
